Schema.org or Data-Vocabulary.org, which one is better to use?

I’m aware of the fact that Data-Vocabulary.org is considered to be outdated, but since http://schema.org/Person is not being read by Google Webmaster Tools, hence should I shift to Data-Vocabulary.org?

I think Schema.org is more standard moz.com/blog/schema-examples – Jobin Jose Dec 5 '13 at 11:16
