I have site built in Joomla! 3.1. I spent last 2 hours trying to solve an issue: with Conservative Caching activated, my front-end auto-refresh in 8seconds. I set cache time to 25minutes, but for some reason this Conservative Caching has this issue.

Anybody knows why?

Are you saying that turning on the "Conservative Caching" setting causes browsers to refresh the page every 8 seconds? –  Stephen Ostermiller Sep 25 '13 at 14:47

No, only refresh one time, showing only the year that JS present in footer prints. Take a look here: highplay.pt –  fiskolin Sep 25 '13 at 14:50

@StephenOstermiller Sorry, this is not a Refresh, this is a REDIRECT, who let me thinking more deeply of how to solve this issue. –  fiskolin Sep 25 '13 at 15:04

@FranciscoCarvalho Is this question solved? If so, maybe you can update the question or provide an answer below and check it to let others know. –  dan Sep 26 '13 at 5:42

@FranciscoCarvalho Seems others here have experienced memory leaks with caching. You could try the setting in the last post there (i.e., setting memory_limit = -1 in php.ini). Update this question if that works for you. –  dan Sep 27 '13 at 10:01
