Is it possible for the owner of a "My Client Center" (MCC) Google AdWords account to create a separate AdWords account for a client, and to ensure that this account remains managed by the creating MCC?

In other words, is it possible to prevent the client account from terminating the MCC's Client-Manager-access to this account?

I would have thought that this should be possible, by having the MCC invite the client to use this account with only 'Managed Standard access' (and not 'Administrative access'). However, in my experimentation, I was shocked to see that the client is able to terminate the Client Manager access of the MCC -- even when the client has only 'Managed Read only access' access! Can anybody explain why this is the case? Am I missing something?
