Webmasters Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for pro webmasters. It's 100% free, no registration required.

According to this:

Each web property starts with 10 hits that are replenished at a rate of 1 hit per second. Applies only to event type hits.

Analytics (ga.js) is limiting the events hits (1 per second after 10 first hits) I can't find an explanation, is this limitation per client using my site or per ALL clients? I mean - if I have 100 users, each on his browser, each one is clicking on a button (which is sending an event) and all are clicking on the same second, will google count all of them or not?
