I am heading up a working group that has been charged with getting or 10 year old, volunteer website remade by a professional. Knowing that I have to get a result that is at least acceptable to everybody, how should I avoid becoming that client. You know that one that doesn't know what they want but still manages to make way more demands then the usual fee covers. The one whose e-mail you begin to dread. The one who ends up being described anonymously on Reddit in a fit of rage.
