Which webserver should I use if I'm going to host about 30 sites and all are using Wordpress. Each site receives about 1k+ visitors daily. Which webserver should I use apache or nginx? I only have 1GB RAM on the vps

I would recommend nginx + php-fpm. – j0k Feb 14 '13 at 8:49
@Ruriko How you configure your webserver (and WordPress) likely has as more to do with performance under load than the webserver itself - consider benchmarking a variety of webservers (and configurations) to determine the most appropriate solution for your needs. – danlefree Feb 14 '13 at 9:24
