Im looking to setup a wallet system to run in a web app.
The sort of thing that adwords has ie. you deposit money and then you can use money from you account to purchase items inside the web app.
Ive looked a traditional payment processors and merchant banks, but they said i needed a wallet system.
Does any one know of any and whats involved in setting them up ?
the web app is in php so it would be helpful if the wallet system was too.
