I sent couple of mails to the mentioned mailID [suggest@websense.com] asking to recategorize the new website which I am developing [www.nbfinserv.com], for my small business in the financial services sector.
It is getting blocked with the error "Potentially Damaging content" by the proxy server of my many of the clients.
However, there is no feedback / response from the websense team.
There is no external content on the website, it is just articles and the content which I am developing on my own.
Is there any other way to get feedback from them?
I am completely stuck and not able to start my venture due to this issue.
