Were moving a site, we've set up 301's from the old pages to the new ones and told google about the move, but i could find any were to tell bing, is it a feature in there webmaster tools ?

Bing will update its results automatically. There is no reason to force the 301 redirect. It will just happen based on bingbot visting your site, and updating their records. – Frank Nov 25 '12 at 6:43
