I am trying to have a website that vertically scrolls about 5 paragraphs of text with a matching audio file that reads along with it. It doesn't need to be synchronized word for word such as highlighting each spoken word but an accurate start and stop time.

I've searched for quite a bit on the most efficient way of doing this but can't seem to find any answers. I tried Flash but really don't want to use it.

Thanks in advance.
