How do I create a customised tab similar to Tweet or Pinterest buttons?

I need this for advisors on my question and answers website who can place this tab on their own website and visitors on their website can directly post question on my site without leaving advisors website.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "customised tab similar to Tweet or Pinterest buttons". Could you be clearer? Also, if this is a programming question, which it looks like it is, it should be asked on stack overflow. – Christofian Nov 9 '12 at 19:57
