When I was reviewing my own website I keep getting a message

Do you want to open or save ca.js from http://choices.truste.com/ca

I have tried to ban adverts from this domain, but worrying message persists. Any advice on how to deal with this annyoyance greatfully received.

The problem only occured on my own machine, and only with IE (Mozilla OK), thus I concluded it was a temporary internet file problem. Delteed cookies and problem disappeared.
