Today I passed my whole day searching for a website wireframe maker and able to export it to a valid css/html.

I found many application for wireframe/mockup but none of them are able to export it to html and css. Please suggest me

Dreamwaver perhaps? Still you should write your own websites, you won't get decent code from generators. If thats impossible at last try to use CMS like Joomla/Wordpress for most features. Than customize it to your design. It is really easy, especially if you want to use generator. You would finish each mockup in few hours ( CSS/HTML ).
