Currently I have a GoDaddy custom domain with Blogger free hosting; now I am planning to move from Blogger to GoDaddy hosting. What is the best way to move without losing my search results?

I didn't get what you exactly mean, but in general, you shouldn't be worry about your SEO score since you're not changing your domain. Please clarify if your domain is hosted on Google Apps or on Godaddy, both are possible and it's not really clear from your question which one is your case. – Omne Sep 20 '12 at 17:17
@Omne I'm pretty sure that Google does take into account the change of IP address. It doesn't penalize you, but I just recently switched and I saw a small drop in traffic for a week or so, then it picked back up again once Google realized this was my new permanent IP address. – endyourif Sep 22 '12 at 23:47

I think I get that you're saying you have a something.blogger.com domain and now you are buying a something.com URL.

The best approach to ensure your results is to apply an intelligent 301 redirect from all of your old .blogger.com domain to your new domain.

E.g. something.blogger.com/my-custom-post should do a 301 redirect to something.com/my-custom-post this will inform all search engines that the content is permanently moved to the new domain.
