Forward blog.example.com/post/name-of-the-post to www.example.com/blog/name-of-the-post

My old blog urls was like this: blog.example.com/post/name-of-the-post

The new blog (www.example.com/blog/) urls are like this: www.example.com/blog/name-of-the-post

I have an account with goDaddy and I want to forward specific post from my old blog to the new one how could I do this?
