I am looking for a good Qualified DC metadata generator. Either web-based or application, preferably with validation capabilities and XML/RDF output. Platform does not matter.
As I am not fluent in DC I need a reliable "GUI" tool that let's me enter my metadata and select the appropriate element qualifiers and encoding schemes. The generator should provide a comprehensive support of the latest DC standard.
I am willing to pay for a good tool unless it is overly expansive.
