Webmasters Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for pro webmasters. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have a task to accomplish but I find my self unable to do it. The reason that I call my self unable, is because I know there is that special file I am searching for but I didn't find it yet.

With my usual ways of searching, I found a lot of other documents/web pages but not the one I wanted.

I would like to know, what are some methods, tricks to search more efficient in Google?

In most cases one searches for the content of a file, not for a file itself. Maybe it is better to start searching by known content (pieces) instead of the file name. – Michael Jun 6 '12 at 12:56
