Which is better option: (1) Code a website using web languages or (2) Develop a website with Online web development (online web builders)? Why?

(1) Pro: Ultimate customization. Con: Requires programming/markup language knowledge. (2) Pro: Easy. Does not usually require much knowledge. Con: Limited by the tool set provided. Both have their merits and limitations – Justin Pearce Apr 23 '12 at 22:26
