I am preparing to do a complete overhaul of our website. An experienced web designer (who doesn't have time to work on this) suggested I start at the beginning, with things like:

  • where are our customers coming from?
  • What do they think they're looking for?
  • What questions do they have? Etc.

I'm looking for some sort of template, book, etc. with questions/issues that should be addressed and get us thinking.
