I'm planning on launching an online music locker. Users can upload their songs and play them. Users will be suggested related songs and links will be available to purchase those songs from online stores like Google music, iTunes and Amazon.
Would this website qualify for google adsense or adbrite? I'm unsure how to interpret the following requirement for google adsense: "I will not place ads on sites involved in the distribution of copyrighted materials" in the context of my website.

A main distinction between grooveshark and the project I'm working on is that at grooveshark any song you upload can be played by anyone, whereas in my project, the only songs you can listen to are the ones you upload (I would hope this would make me more eligible for adsense and adbrite.)
