I want to create a Website Grader tool in my company website to provide SEO analysis to our clients (we are a website hosting provider). I'm looking for something very similar to PearAnalytics.com and WebsiteGrader.com

Do you know of any service like them that provide an API (free or paid) so that I can use their service in my company website?

Why don't you just use one of the existing services? It doesn't seem like you're looking to add any improvements on existing services. A few of these services have whitelabel solutions that you can resell to your users. – Lèse majesté Dec 24 '11 at 16:58
