Our portal is targeted on mobile users. We have music (mp3) videos (3gp) files for downloading.

I expect 300 parallel downloads. I want a way to control my downloads by for example kicking/ban an IP address or download according to stastics of downloads, bandwidth consumed...

I have root/admin access to my server.

Is there a way I can monitor & control the ongoing downloads that visitors are doing from my site?
