I have a website www.mytimesheet.us. This one is actually OK but I have other projects that needs serious attention. I would like to know

  1. What a reasonable rate to redesign a website. This may includes front page and may be 2 other pages. I am particularly asking with respect to graphic design only.

  2. Should I use templates instead that are already available online but none exactly fits my type of website.

I understand graphic design is really quick. A person can come up with some cool design in matter of days.
