I been working on two internal websites for the company I work, and right now I am facing the issue of combining both websites and kind f make a big portal out of both, the first one you will see attached is the layout which shows the image slider with the cmpany announcements and have a top menu with some of the department, the second site, has a list of quick links in the form of image links to our applications, and some other links for forms and documents in each item on the main top menu,

I guess the challenge is two have the two sites up, but that the users feel that they are on the same portal , kinda the way asp.net masterpages work with a general theme and different menus and elements. Something like this site which have different subsites , but is all the same concept, different headers

I really need and advise of an expert web designer in how to accomplish this the best way, I really need and advise on design, colors matching and themes,

Thanks in advance.!
