Just ask a hosting provider for hosting services. Ask them to provide IIS services, SQL, .NET framework etc on server. Tell them your desired domain name and they'll provide youwith that domain name and ftp details. Use them to upload your website to your server and here you go. Your website is now in the cloud. :-)
