I am wondering that HTML coding and CSS is a work for web designer or web developer. I personally think that HTML coding and CSS is more related with presentation and structure of web page, so those are work for web designer...How do you think? And I also want know exact difference between web authors and web implementors. In W3C html specification, it is said that specification has been written with 2 types of reader in mind:authors and web implementors.
