I want to create a personal web

many parts should have it like:

0.Home
1.search input text
2.contacts
3.CV
4.portfolio
5.coding

I have eager to know if you have idea about extra part that still I don't know it?

I don't know exactly I must design it by templates?design it by Jquery?or what else? I am a PHP developer then knowing javascript,html too

I think for Web design I must begin JQuery but I am not sure I have weaknesses in Graphical issues

any suggestions will be welcomed.Thanks in Advance

The english is so poor that it's hard to figure out what exactly you want to know. JQuery is a javascript framework that makes it easier to do quite a few things, it has nothing to do with designs, though. CSS helps with design and layout, but again it's not clear what you're asking. – xyious Aug 1 '11 at 22:57
