Please i am looking for the top companies that provide total online solutions. In other words, companies that take care of:

  1. Website Design.
  2. E-commerce.
  3. Development Search Engine.
  4. Optimization (SEO).
  5. Website Development.

Any suggestions, names or ideas are highly appreciated.

If you're looking for someone to do your webmastering then this question isn't about the operation of a website you control. It will be in their control. This is also very subjective. – John Conde♦ Jun 9 '11 at 11:51

Sortfolio may interest you. It's a directory of web developers, many of which would be able to carry out the tasks you mention.

"Top companies" is a subjective term, so it's hard to offer advice beyond "do your own research and pick a company you feel comfortable and confident working with".
