Good open source engines to create a Jobs web app [closed]

Question

Please recommend good open source engines or CMS or similar that I can use to implement a web application for headhunters and job applications?

At very minimum, should have ability or support:

1. Head hunters section, to allow for posting of job opportunities, create profiles, view job applications
2. Job applicant section, to allow submitting of applications including uploading CV/Resume or creating online version
3. Asp.net/Server support preferred
4. Support some form of OpenId for user registration or authentication

This doesn't easily satisfy point #3, but that could possibly all be done with Wordpress. It would involve a fair bit of customization, but with the release of custom post types in 3.0, it should be feasible.

Except for point #3, Drupal can do everything you've listed, including

• Different user roles for candidates vs recruiters (out of the box)
• Custom node types for different kinds of information (Jobs vs Resumes - see CCK)
• User Profiles (simple ones out of the box, for complex ones see Profile: extending user account information)

Drupal has other features you'd find useful - including rich support for tagging and searching.
