I was wondering if there is any hosted or commercial contextual ad script available? I checked Google Ad Manager but they don't provide this service.

Could you explain exactly what you're referring to? Google Ad Manager doesn't even exist anymore. It's Doubleclick for Publishers now. If that's what you're looking at, then you're probably in the wrong place and @Nate is right, though you can also use them in combination. – Su' May 18 '11 at 21:09
