I'll be releasing a commercial CMS at some point this year and the configuration areas make heavy use of the jquery plugin iButton which mimiks the iOS toggle button. So I want to know if I will be liable to pay patent fees to Apple for the use of that button style.

In order to get a solid answer you need to contact a lawyer or contact the company that made the plugin you are using. – RandomBen May 11 '11 at 12:39
