I have purchased a reseller account, next step is to set up a site for people to set up a hosting account, I have WHM from the hosting company. I also would like to have domain name registration facility in the site, how can i done this ? any ready made scripts or should I create one using WHM API ??

There are several alternatives, such as http://www.whmautopilot.com/ or https://www.phpcoin.com/ or http://www.whmcs.com/. Because you'll want to charge people for the domain names you need to be looking for a "billing system".
